Multilingual Stigma Awareness Project Webinar

The Addiction Policy Forum, in partnership with ECORN-MO, conducted a webinar that explored the stigma surrounding addiction and educational resources that are available in 13 languages that can be utilized to decrease stigma. These materials were designed to address the pressing need for accessible resources for all communities impacted by the opioid crisis worldwide.


This informative session delved into the stigma surrounding addiction and how it impacts individuals and their family members, as well as highlighted several materials designed to support individuals, families, and communities to learn more about substance use disorders. The presenter also shared information about upcoming resources targeted to youth and caregivers.
