We are collecting information on how COVID-19 has impacted healthcare experiences and to understand vaccine readiness among individuals with an active SUD (including nicotine use), who are in recovery, or who are receiving treatment. It is important to us that your voices are heard. Your perspectives are invaluable as we work with leading researchers, scientists, and practitioners to improve your experiences within the healthcare system.
