I had been hearing mixed reviews about the indianapolis amtrak station, but after visiting it myself, I can confidently say it’s one of the better stations I’ve used. The place is clean, the staff are organized, and there are plenty of nearby spots to grab a meal or coffee while waiting. The signage inside the station is clear, so finding your gate or platform isn’t stressful at all. Even during busy hours, the station didn’t feel overwhelming. For anyone wondering if it’s a decent place to start or end a train journey, I’d say it’s a solid choice.
