Webinar on Addressing the Equity Gap for Justice-involved Populations

In this webinar, participants will learn background information, models and skills to improve equity for justice-involved populations. Participants will be able to assess what equity is and why it is important in healthcare. The presentation also includes data on health equity among justice-involved populations and quotes from individuals from minoritized racial and ethnic groups with lived experience at the intersection of mental health challenges and criminal-legal involvement. In addition, presenters preliminarily explore equity models and frameworks to apply/tailor for equity for justices involved populations.
