COVID Vaccine Navigator Initiative

The Addiction Policy Forum, in partnership with the Foundation for Opioid Response Efforts (FORE), is excited to be able to offer access to a team of COVID Vaccine Navigators that can help you determine when and where you can get vaccinated.

People with substance use disorders are at a heightened risk for serious complications from the coronavirus, and it’s critically important for individuals with substance use disorders and their caregivers to get vaccinated.

Do You Need a COVID Vaccine Navigator? Do You have Questions about the Vaccine?

With each state setting its own regulations on who can get a vaccine and when, it’s created a patchwork process that is rife with confusion. We’re here to help. We’ve got trained vaccine navigators standing by to help untangle the process and assist you in scheduling your vaccine appointment.
