Senate Continuing Resolution includes $37 million for CARA

Today Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) introduced a stopgap spending plan that includes $37 million dollars in funding for the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act of 2016 (CARA). The Continuing Resolution provides 10 weeks of funding to keep the government running through December 9th.
